What Is Life Coaching?

A transformation life coach is a partner who helps you examine and define what a life of purpose, intention, achievement and joy looks like for you. Life coaches assist clients in all areas of life, empowering them to discover their own answers and inspire the to go after what they want.

What's the difference between Life Coaching and Therapy?

As your coach, we may explore aspects of your story in order to identify what roadblocks are in your way. However, coaching is focused on actioning towards your goals, not fixing your past. In coaching, we don’t ignore that your stories, rather we scratch the surface just enough to move into action.

How many sessions will I need?

All coaching relationships are different, however the ideal coaching cycle for specific sets of goals can last up to 10 weeks. Other partnerships may meet for extended periods of recurring weekly, bi-weekly or quarterly sessions depending on the client.

Is there a Coaching Contract?

Yes, prior to beginning coaching you will receive a Coaching Contract outlining both my commitment to the coaching relationship and yours. In addition, meeting details (Skype/Zoom/Phone), cancellations policy and other pertinent details are included.

Is Coaching conducted in-person?

I do have a small number of local clients; however most coaching sessions are conducted via phone or Skype/Zoom. With video sessions, I am able to meet with clients anywhere and have extended hours to serve clients in various parts of the world.
