MEANING & PURPOSE

AND MORE!

Black women are leading – in our homes, in our families, our communities, our workplaces, and on the frontlines of this century’s racial reckoning. All of that….is exhausting, and the world seems to believe that we can handle it all. We can’t. We simply cannot.  And, it’s time we begin getting what we need to take care of our minds, bodies and spirits to heal from a global caste system in which Black women are at the bottom of the bottom.

This support group is the perfect complement to your Fall self-care plan and may also amplify any therapy, coaching or other healing practices you’re engaging in. While individual healing is critical, we believe in the power of community and healing spaces solely for Black women – to be, to grow, and to heal.
