A therapy intensive is an extended therapeutic experience that combines assessment, preparation, and focused clinical work into a customized format tailored to your goals.

Rather than meeting for 50 minutes each week, intensives provide dedicated time to explore challenges, identify patterns, build new skills, and create a clear path forward.

Think of it as stepping out of the distractions of everyday life and intentionally investing in your healing, growth, and relationships.

Our customized Therapy Intensives are designed for individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful support around relationships, life transitions, burnout, conflict, communication, and personal growth.

Intensive experiences may be offered in 3-hour, 5-hour, or multi-day formats and are thoughtfully tailored to your goals, allowing us to accomplish in days what might otherwise take months to address in traditional weekly therapy.

Prior to the intensive, participants may complete questionnaires, reflection exercises, or interviews that help guide the work.

This allows us to maximize our time together and personalize the experience.

Your intensive may be delivered in a half-day, full-day, or customized format depending on your goals and needs.

Each intensive includes structured clinical work, guided reflection, skill building, and actionable next steps.

Following the intensive, you’ll receive recommendations for continued growth, which may include follow-up sessions, referrals, resources, or ongoing therapy.

Most intensives range from $750–$3,500+, depending on:

Assessment and preparation requirements

Follow-up services requested

Virtual or in-person format

Following your consultation, we will recommend an intensive format and provide a personalized investment quote. Therapy Intensives are not covered or reimbursable by insurance and are offered as a private-pay service. Because intensives are delivered in an extended, customized format that differs from traditional outpatient psychotherapy, health insurance plans generally do not cover these services.
