Dream Life Out Loud, PLLC is a virtual mental health and wellness company offering trauma-informed therapy, transformational coaching and corporate wellness programs with a framework for healing and empowerment. Our philosophy and approach are grounded in a belief that each and every one of us is intrinsically worthy. Full stop. At the core, we study systems our clients engage in – particularly in their families and relationships, their workplace, and their community. Consequently and largely a byproduct of attuning to the specificity of culture and context, our work and research naturally and distinctly de-centers Whiteness as we aim to amplify the strengths, resilience and power in communities of color.

I’m Danielle Jenkins Henry, founder of Dream Life Out Loud, award winning Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Personal and Professional Coach, Empowerment Speaker, Adjunct Professor for graduate mental health students, and Corporate Wellness Consultant. Thank you for stopping by.
At Dream Life Out Loud, we work with people of color, professional women (and some fellas), women of color and couples. We have a special interest in life transitions, pivots and transformative healing. With a range of experiences in corporate spaces and community outreach, we empower women and people of color to heal from symptoms resulting from systemic racism and oppression. With a strong emphasis on family systems, we integrate cultural relevance and evidenced bases strategies to address matters of depression, anxiety, work/life balance, boundaries and so much more.
If you’re ready for a change – in your relationships, your work life, or ready to explore a new perspective, it would be our honor to offer a safe and empowering space to begin the journey. We will be lock step with your unique set of needs, challenges and strengths.

Our Location
Renton, WA
We are excited to offer services in another local Black-owned wellness space, Maya Whole Health, in their clinical services office in Renton, WA. Here our clients can find an array of whole health services, including Acupuncture and clinical massage, boutique Pilates classes, and services from other wellness providers.
Our office is a short 5 minute drive 2.5 miles north of The Landing in Renton.
