I believe that each and every one of us has our own answers, therefore I’m not here to give them to you, you have to do the work and together we find them. I’m here to give you the nudge you need when you get stuck – pushing you to the line, empowering you to believe you can do whatever your heart desires.
I’m your cheerleader, the person on your squad who sees you – celebrating all the big and small milestones that lead us to victory along the way. And those times when you fall down, I’m helping you to RISE UP! As coaching relationships mature, I adjust my style, lock step with your pace to match your needs and fall in line with your direction.
Often times, it can feel like life has thrown up a wall. Right when you think it’s impossible to move beyond the walls before you, I’m here to help you figure out whether we’re going climb over the wall, dig under the wall or just plow our way right through it!
In what feels like a previous life, I built a successful 14-year career in global digital marketing, marketing strategy, and global media operations. For five years, I was a high performer for one of the world’s leading software technology companies. Abruptly, my career was taken from me. At that point I was sitting in sorrow and depression, dwelling in my wounds, getting far too comfy with tearing myself down. I was feeling pain deep within my heart and reaching out for help, failing to realize I had choices. I started to CHOOSE my thoughts, keeping the ones that helped me lift myself up and dust off a bit and chucking the ones that didn’t serve me. I started to give myself permission to look at things in new ways, with a different perspective.
In 2018, I decided to use my heart to take control in writing MY story. For much of the previous decade I’d achieved steady success in both my personal and professional life and would have thought I’d continue down that path for another 10-15 years, easy. But, when life really showed up, I was forced into some of the painful and uncomfortable traumas in my life. It felt as if the scabs from an old wound had been ripped open, like a freight train had pummeled into me rocking me to my core. Only through intense therapy, spiritual healing, recovery for the physical manifestation of trauma, and coaching was I able to rebound from the fall. I decided it was time to begin writing my story from a new lens, instead of reading the pages of as if I were bystander in my own life.
Slowly, I began to rebound. I found courage and began to snapback! I retooled my confidence for the Danielle I was becoming and I was ready to use my gifts to serve women who find themselves stuck, wanting more, knowing that deep down they are worthy and capable of much, much more.
