In-Person in Seattle + Virtual Across Washington
Sometimes you know exactly what’s wrong.
Other times, life just feels heavier than it should.
You may be anxious or overwhelmed, questioning a relationship, struggling with motivation, navigating a major transition, or realizing that the way you’ve been handling things isn’t working anymore. Maybe you’re doing everything you’re supposed to be doing on the outside—but internally, something feels off.
Noah works with teens, young adults, and adults who want space to slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop healthier ways of navigating life.
His approach is grounded, collaborative, and practical. You don’t need to arrive with the perfect words or a clear plan.
You can start with what’s happening right now.
My name is Noah Wills, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington, and I provide therapy for teens, young adults, and adults in Seattle and virtually throughout Washington State.
You may be insightful, driven, and care deeply about the people and responsibilities in your life—but lately, you feel exhausted. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, career pressure, academic stress, relationship challenges, family expectations, or a major life transition. You may look like you’re doing well from the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what comes next.
You don’t just want a band-aid. You want space to breathe, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop practical tools that can create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach to therapy is collaborative. I walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions as we explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, and uncover the insight and strengths you already carry.
I’m particularly interested in supporting men and young men, teens and young adults, gifted and twice-exceptional adolescents, and neurodivergent clients. My experiences have also shaped my ability to create an affirming therapeutic space that respects the perspectives of people from immigrant, queer, military, faith-based, gifted, and neurodiverse communities.
Therapy with me isn’t about telling you how to live your life. It’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, recognize what may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of navigating anxiety, relationships, stress, identity, emotional wellness, and change.
Taking the first step toward feeling more grounded and hopeful takes courage. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to support you.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start where you are.
Therapy for
Men
Men often receive complicated messages about emotion.
Be strong. Handle it. Don’t overthink it. Keep going.
Those expectations can make it difficult to recognize when anxiety, stress, relationships, anger, loneliness, pressure, or emotional overwhelm are beginning to take a toll.
Noah provides therapy for men in Seattle and online throughout Washington State, creating space to talk honestly about emotional wellness, relationships, identity, expectations, stress, and what it means to build a life that actually feels like your own.
Therapy doesn’t have to be about sitting around trying to find the “right” words for your feelings.
It can be practical, direct, curious, and useful.
Youth & Teen
Therapy
Noah provides therapy for teens and adolescents in Seattle and online across Washington, including young people navigating anxiety, relationships, emotional distress, identity, school pressure, life changes, and questions about who they’re becoming.
He also has a particular interest in working with twice-exceptional adolescents—young people whose strengths, giftedness, learning differences, neurodivergence, or emotional experiences can make adolescence especially complex.
Therapy gives teens a place to talk openly, better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and develop greater confidence navigating the pressures around them.
Therapy
For Adults
College. Work. Relationships. Independence. Family expectations. Identity. Figuring out what comes next.
Young adulthood can bring enormous possibility alongside a surprising amount of uncertainty.
Noah provides young adult therapy in Seattle and throughout Washington for people navigating anxiety, relationships, career or school stress, independence, identity, major decisions, and the transition into adulthood.
You don’t have to have your life figured out.
Figuring it out can be part of the work.
There may also be times when emotional pain becomes more significant.
Noah brings experience working with people experiencing suicidal thoughts and significant emotional distress and approaches these conversations with calm, care, and without judgment.
At DLOL, concerns involving safety are taken seriously and addressed collaboratively within the appropriate level of outpatient care, including safety planning, clinical consultation, caregiver involvement when appropriate, and connection to additional resources or a higher level of care when needed.
This work is never something clients—or DLOL associates—are expected to navigate alone.
