Dream Life Out Loud, PLLC is a boutique therapy and wellness practice dedicated to serving people of color, high-capacity professionals, couples, and families. We provide psychotherapy, coaching, and workplace wellness programs that center both individual healing and collective liberation.
We are expanding our team to meet the growing demand for culturally-responsive care in the Greater Seattle area and beyond—particularly for Black individuals, couples, and families seeking skilled, affirming therapy.

Professional Launchpad & Practice-Building Support
Get hands-on experience with a built-in pathway to private practice—clinical experience, full administrative support, and administrative pay while you train. -
Weekly Supervision + Clinical Consultation
Receive structured, individualized support from day one to licensure…and beyond. -
Quarterly Practice-Building Workshops
Led by the practice COO, dive into private practice foundations: business skills, marketing, client care, teaching how to build a sustainable practice with cultural humility.

Carry Your Caseload, Keep the Clients
After two years, you can take your clients with you if you launch your own practice. Dream Life Out Loud maintains a contracted retainer fee, and you build your practice!
