Hello Beautiful People.

Danielle Jenkins Henry, LMFT is the CEO and founder of Dream Life Out Loud, PLLC, a corporate wellness consultant, adjunct professor, empowerment coach, speaker, and award-winning Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. As a former 6-year global marketing executive at Microsoft, she draws from personal racial experiences in tech and speaks up to empower the voices of those who have been disempowered – in their communities, workplaces and within themselves.

Danielle is fiercely committed to exposing mental health stigma and other systemic symptoms serving to oppress us from living our best lives. Danielle was a 2020-2021 American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy Minority Fellow, is trained in EMDR, and has presented award-winning research at state conferences.

She had the audacity to go after her dreams, out loud.

Welcome, let’s be about this healing.

My Style.

When you and I team up, I’m not handing you a map with all the answers — I’m helping you uncover your own. Think of me as your cheerleader, strategist, and accountability partner rolled into one. I’ll nudge you when you’re stuck, celebrate the small wins that lead to the big shifts, and push you to rise up when life knocks you down. Together, we’ll figure out whether it’s time to climb over the wall, dig under it, or break right through.

Going Deeper.

In what feels like a previous life, I built a successful 14-year career in global digital marketing, marketing strategy, and global media operations. For five years, I was a high performer for one of the world’s leading software technology companies. Abruptly, my career was taken from me. At that point I was sitting in sorrow and depression, dwelling in my wounds, getting far too comfy with tearing myself down. I was feeling pain deep within my heart and reaching out for help, failing to realize I had choices. I started to CHOOSE my thoughts, keeping the ones that helped me lift myself up and dust off a bit and chucking the ones that didn’t serve me. I started to give myself permission to look at things in new ways, with a different perspective.

In 2018, I decided to use my heart to take control in writing MY story. For much of the previous decade I’d achieved steady success in both my personal and professional life and would have thought I’d continue down that path for another 10-15 years, easy. But, when life really showed up, I was forced into some of the most painful and uncomfortable traumas in my life. It felt as if the scabs from an old wound had been ripped open, like a freight train had pummeled into me rocking me to my core. Only through intense therapy, spiritual healing, recovery for the physical manifestation of trauma, and coaching was I able to rebound from the fall. I decided it was time to begin writing my story from a new lens, instead of reading the pages of as if I were bystander in my own life.

Slowly, I began to rebound. I found courage and began to snapback! I retooled my confidence for the Danielle I was becoming. Now, I dedicate my journey to helping others—especially women—reclaim their worth, confidence, and courage for a life of joy and fulfillment.

From Corporate Leadership to Healing Work

Client Testimonial

“I have truly found tremendous value in working with Danielle and believe that she has been able to help transform the way that I view my life - successes, failures, opportunities, and challenges. She also helped me better understand "ME:" I have created more time for self-awareness, meditation, and creating healthy/necessary boundaries. I have been able to take several strides to becoming a new and improved version of myself and appreciate her guidance along the way. I don't think I would have been here without her!”
